They said the company had borrowed some of the US currency and purchased the rest in Cambodia, as the banks in Vietnam couldn’t supply it. The money is being kept at Binh Duong State Treasury while Binh Duong Custom Office investigates the case. Jorn Technology Colt has operated as a packing tape manufacturer in Viet Huong Industrial Zone for ten years.
